- • What is my redundancy pay (statutory + enhanced) and how was it calculated?
- • What is my notice period, and will it be worked or paid as PILON?
- • Does PILON include benefits (car allowance, pension, etc.)?
- • What happens to unused holiday? How is holiday pay calculated?
- • Are there bonuses/commission/OT owed? What dates are used?
- • When is the payment date? One lump sum or split payments?
